Changes to an order must be made within 24 hours of order placed. Changes made after this time frame may not be captured prior to shipping, however we are always willing to work with you so just contact us!

Designs by RK ships worldwide except to any country where the U.S. Government prohibits U.S. companies or individuals from doing business.
Domestic standard shipping is free for all orders.
International shipping fees vary depending on country and shipping carrier.
Non-custom products are shipped within seven (7) business days.

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email with shipping details including the shipping carrier and associated tracking number.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled, however we will rework the item to your satisfaction.

Make sure that CANCELLATION REQUEST is the subject line of the email.
Include your order number, order details and contact information in the email.
We may contact you if we have any questions or concerns with the cancellation request.
We accept all major credit cards and paypal.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and / or exchange requests for non-custom orders must be received within thirty (30) days of purchase date.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including the original packaging.
We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 30 days after the purchase

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was defective.
It is recommended using a traceable shipping method and depending on the value of the piece or pieces, you may want to purchase shipping insurance. If you choose to mail back your jewelry using regular post or a method without a tracking number, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. Please allow an additional 3 business days for the refund to post to your respective account due to the financial institution processing time. After 10 business days, if you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
